Korea Computer Holdings inc. (KCHI) has been focusing its resources and attention on IT industry since its
establishment in 1974. It became the first company publicly listed on the Korea Stock Exchange in this business sector
in July 1988 and it has sustained continued growth ever since.
With the support from customers and shareholders, KCHI set up a holding structure and as of today, comprises nine
affiliates including two that are listed on the KOSDAQ.
The spin-off has been done for the purpose of keeping up
with industry demands and focusing its core competency on R&D and marketing. Under the transparent corporate
structure through the separation of ownership and management, affiliates will pursue their own growth and prosperity. KCHI
is committed to improving the transparency of management by the transition to holding structure
