Dear Customers and Shareholders,
During the past 30 years, KCHI and its affiliates have been leading Korean IT industry from the very beginning through
the localizations of key IT solutions. Our main products include the 1st localized IBM 3270 emulator in late 70's
and early 80's, the 1st Korean language-enabled banking terminal systems in mid-80's, and fault-tolerant
Tandem NonStop systems since 1980 supplied under KCI's name and responsibility. Our major services focus on
enterprise-wide systems integration, nationwide maintenance services, and customized product development.
KCI is proud that KCI's products and services have been the essential drivers for the business of our customers across
industries such as financial, telecommunication and government sectors. We have also been significantly contributing to
the development of Korean IT industry by running various iT services operation such as providing the 1st 24*7 cash
dispensing services to the general public through Hannet's VAN infrastructure and offering server hosting and ISP services
to the Internet industry through Server Bank's IDC center. Most recently, we have expanded our services
to include EMS(Electronic Manufacturing Services) from large volume miniaturized LCD module for mobile phones
of Samsung Electronics to high-tech multi-layer PDP display of LG Electronics.

In May 2002, KCHI restructured its organization and overall management into holding structure to cope with the everchanging
business environment. Based on this new structure, KCHI will increase corporate value by securing transparency
in management, strengthen its competitiveness by specialized strategy for each business unit,
