Korea Computer Terminal Inc. (KOSDAQ, 089150) released a recycling ATM with newly added deposit function.
The new ATM targets VAN operation at convenient stores and 24*365 unmanned outsourcing operation for banks. The newly developed ATM is equipped with a recycling module that supports 4 depositing notes and 2 dispensing notes. By adopting the recycling ATM supplied by Korea Computer Terminal Inc., VAN operator is expected to increase the fee income by providing more services to its customers and also save the maintenance cost by reducing the frequency of cash replenishment.

Korea Computer Terminal Inc. has received the first order of 100 units from one of VAN operators, Hannet, who runs over 3,000 cash dispensers at off-premise sites such as LG 25 convenient stores. Additionally, a few pilot recycling ATMs will be tested from early August in 2010.
